How to set parameters in inverter?

InverterParameters

In this article we will analyze how to correctly program the parameters PD001, PD002, PD070 in the inverter. Before you start, you must remember that programming takes place with the spindle disconnected.

IMPORTANT!!! Don’t connect the spindle to the inverter until you have completed all the settings. Otherwise, there is a high probability of ruining the spindle.

The first step is to plug the inverter into the outlet.
During the programming process, we will use 4 buttons:

1. PRGM - the button responsible for starting the programming process.
2. SET - the button responsible for the selection and confirmation function.
3. Up arrow - the button responsible for changing the parameter value up.
4. Down arrow - the button responsible for changing the parameter value down.
buttons Let's program parameter PD001. This parameter is responsible for the source of commands for executing start and stop commands.

0 - built-in inverter panel,
1 - external terminal,
2 - communication port (RS485).

Select value 1.
PD001
Let's program parameter PD002. PD002 - parameter responsible for the source of commands to adjust the operating frequency / speed.

0 - built-in inverter panel,
1 - external terminal,
2 - Communication port (RS485).

Select value 1. PD002
Remember to switch the jumper. jumper Let's program parameter PD070. PD070 - Selection of the "Analog Input" characteristics for "external control" of the speed of rotation

0 - 0-10V,
1 - 0-5V,
2 - 0-20mA,
3 - 4-20mA,
4 - combined.

Select the value 0.
PD070
